The bra industry is now a multi-billion dollar global fashion market. Western advertising has led women to believe that wearing bras will prevent breasts from sagging. However, there is no medical research to back up these claims. Our breasts are not made of muscle, they are only partially supported by muscle, so keeping them perky with the use of a bra is impossible.

Medically, physiologically, anatomically – breasts gain no benefit from being denied gravity. On the contrary, they get saggier with a bra.

The Bra Revolution on the Oprah Winfrey Show stated a shocking 80% of women wear the wrong sized bra. Improperly fitted bras are known to cause many health challenges, such as back and shoulder pain. Examine your skin when you take your bra off and look for red marks. These are tell tale signs of poor blood circulation.

Our bodacious boobies are meant to move freely, bounce, jiggle and shake with our movement. This frees up the lymph to move and blood to circulate healthily; allowing our beautiful breasts to develop their own natural support.

Breasts cysts

Cysts are fluid-filled bubbles in the breast tissue. They are often too small to feel. Larger cysts can be felt in the breast tissue and might be firm or soft to the touch. Often there’s more than one cyst at a time.

Start with finding a perfect oil with a silky texture. My favourite massage oils are organic coconut or almond oil. Grape seed oil is one of the best for healing stretch marks because of its regenerative properties.

Infuse your oil with your favourite essential oil. Rose oil resonates with the heart chakra and lavender has a calming effect; I find lavender perfect for helping me sleep.

Light some candles and warm the oil between your hands by rubbing them together vigorously. Gently massage inwards and upwards with a circular motions.
